The 4th round of Austrian On-road Nationals took place in Salzburg by SFMAV Club . The track was awesome, a bit difficult to handle due to its knolls but still fun to drive on. Also the organization of the club was very friendly and nice. The weather was excellent more than 30°C. Good day for racing!
Qualifying Modified
In Modified my LRP powered T4 was working pretty good, found a good setup to handle the bumpy track. The qualifying was very close between Dominic Vogl, Helmut Fraunschuh and me, but with the fastest round I could manage TQ.

Qualifying Stock
Nico Haider was unstoppable in his class. His T4 2016 worked awesome. He took all 4 qualifyings easily without any mistake. Also a great job from Björn Moser and Christian Völker, they finished on 2nd and 3th position.

Modified Finals
First final I had a lot of pressure from Dominic but I could hold my line without any mistake, was a great fight against him. After 3 minutes Dominic made a mistake so I could win the first final. In second final I made a mistake so that my body got broken. But in final 3 I did it.

Finals Stock
In the first final Nico made after 2 minutes a mistake, so the fight was between Christian Völker and Björn Moser. Christian was in front but after he made a little mistake in 5th minute Björn took the lead. At the end also Björn made a mistake so that Christian took the win in A1. A2 was better for Nico. He was the fastest driver on this track in stock so he could take A2 and A3 easily. Great job Nico! That was your weekend.
